Culinary Arts: Home cooking skills at their best!

This is the first-year course.  Students learn basics of kitchen and food safety and sanitation, cooking, and baking.

This is a half-year course, September to January.  Prerequisite course is Introduction to Culinary Arts.  Students further their technical skills.

This is a half-year course from January to June.  Students learn about the diverse cultures and enjoy making dishes from around the world.
