Welcome to my teacher webpage!  I am Ms. Susan Martino, chef instructor of the Culinary Arts program at Rahway High School.  I was born and raised in Rahway and attended Madison School, The Academy (aka Rahway Jr. High), and Rahway High School.  I graduated in 1984 and became a pastry chef and business owner in 2002.  I've been the Culinary Arts teacher in the high school since 2018.  My whole life prepared me for this position, I absolutely love my job!
